Refunds, Returns, Cancellations & Rescheduling
We understand that sometimes plans change. If you need to make a return, cancel or reschedule a session, or change your plans for a class or training, we'll do our best to make the process simple.
Refunds
When a refund is requested, any payment processing fees that are not returned to us will be deducted from the refund amount.
If we need to issue a refund because of a cancellation or error on our part, you will receive a full refund.
Products
We understand that sometimes a purchase may not be the right fit. If you change your mind about a purchase, please contact us within 30 days of receiving it, and we'll be glad to help with a return.
Products being returned should be in good condition. Once we receive your return, we'll refund the purchase price of the product. Original shipping costs are not refundable, and you'll be responsible for the cost of returning the item.
Personalized & Reiki Learning Items
Personalized items and Reiki learning materials are not returnable or refundable.
Digital Products
Digital products are nonrefundable once access has been provided.
If you have a problem accessing a digital product you've purchased, please contact us so we can help.
Damaged Items or Problems with an Order
If something arrives damaged or there is a problem with your order, please contact us so we can make it right.
Private Sessions
We understand that life doesn't always go according to plan. If you need to cancel or reschedule your session, please let us know as soon as you can. This allows us to make that time available to someone else.
If you have already paid for your session, you may choose to receive a refund or reschedule for another available time.
Once a session has taken place, payment for that session is nonrefundable.
Classes, Courses & Trainings
We understand that sometimes plans change. If you're unable to attend a class, course, or training you've registered for, please let us know as soon as you can.
If you'd like to attend on a future available date, we'll be happy to move your registration and payment to that class.
If you prefer to cancel rather than reschedule, we'll refund your payment, less $50 for preparation and costs already incurred.
Once a class, course, or training has begun, payment is nonrefundable.
If you're unable to complete a multi-day course or training, please contact us. When possible, we'll work with you to complete the remaining portion at a future offering.
